We want the decision to study logic to be low-risk. This policy explains our contractual refund guarantee and how it works alongside mandatory consumer rights.
1. 100% contractual guarantee
You may request a refund of 100% of the amount paid for Platform access if the programme is not right for you. You do not need to explain your reason, and the contractual guarantee has no fixed request deadline.
This voluntary guarantee is additional to any statutory rights and does not restrict them.
2. How to request a refund
Email logikundchaos@5prosoftware.com with the purchase email and, where available, the Paddle transaction or order reference. You may also start through the Contact page.
No justification is required. We may ask only for information needed to identify the transaction and protect the account from unauthorised requests.
3. Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed through Paddle to the original payment method where possible. The time for funds to appear depends on Paddle, the payment method and the customer’s bank. Currency conversion or bank charges outside our control may affect the final displayed amount.
We will acknowledge the request and initiate processing without undue delay once the order is identified.
4. Effect on access
After a full refund, the related Platform account and access may be closed. Downloaded materials remain subject to the intellectual-property restrictions in the Terms and must not be redistributed.
5. Fair-use protection
The guarantee is intended to let a genuine purchaser evaluate the Platform. It does not cover fraud, chargeback abuse, repeated purchase-and-refund cycles, account sharing, unauthorised copying or other material violations of the Terms. This limitation does not affect mandatory consumer remedies.
6. Statutory withdrawal
Consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract. Use the continuously available withdrawal assistant to prepare a complete request, then send it from your own email application to logikundchaos@5prosoftware.com. The static website does not transmit the form automatically.
The Platform’s broader 100% refund guarantee remains available even when a statutory withdrawal period has ended.
